Voor de game Darkness Within 2: The Dark Lineage is een Patch beschikbaar. Patch 1.02g is er voor de Engelse, Franse en Duitse game varianten en bevat een aantal nieuwe features en zorgt er voor dat een aantal bugs/fouten opgelost worden.
