Gisteren werd er bekend gemaakt dat het beste spaanse team redcode gestopt is met het samen spelen van counterstrike. Het damesteam van redcode heeft voorheen onder andere namen gespeeld. En wist tijdens de ESWC’s waar ze aan deelgenomen hebben mooie resultaten te bemachtigen. Sinds ESWC dit jaar begon het team al uit elkaar te vallen en uiteindelijk werd de knoop doorgehakt.Statement van anouc”Even redCode are going through lots of changes these days, we don’t really want to take part on the whole polemic there is about it on the spanish scene at the moment. In the name of my former team, I think I can tell that it was time for us to make public our departure, since we haven’t been acting as a team for a while now. After the ESWC 2007 our team already started to disband. After our holidays we joined the ESL Major Series as a mix team, being eight active girls. The first one taking a different way was iRene, whom joined btb (now known as aAa Ladies). The others have been kind of inactive, just meeting to play our official games. Today it’s time to make public that for now there’s no initiative to continue as a clan, that’s why it makes no sense to be playing under redCode’s flag. We will keep on playing the games we have left at EMS and after that we will see what everyone decide’s to do as a gamer. I would like to thank my former mates (iRene, Bady and xiO, with whom I’ve been playing between two and four years) and of course the people who’s been helping us (andria, aNa and VeRoNiKa).
